I recreated the muffin using cangkuk manis (mani chai), a local sweet leafy vegetable to replace spinach for a local twist. The result was an added pungent touch to the muffin and complements my 63 degree poached eggs and rich hollandaise sauce! Presenting the Brunei style Eggs Benny! (at Thanis Kitchen)
Whipped up a simple red wine minced meat and roasted red peppers sauce to match my green spinach pasta. Nom nom.. (at Thanis Kitchen)
