Thanis is a two time winner of the Brunei Foodie Bloggers challenge, where bloggers showcase their cooking talents and are voted by the invited guests, comprising of people from all cultures across Brunei. He has written for magazines in both Brunei and Kota Kinabalu; and is an active foodie in the Brunei blogsphere, promoting restaurants and food in the local scene.
